Banned Books
These are the books that has been removed or prohibited from being available in libraries and schools, usually because a government, school, library, or other institution objects to its content.
Why we offer these books? Because we are an independent bookstore. We want:
- Help readers discover books they might not otherwise encounter.
- Explain why certain books have been challenged.
- Encourage discussion about freedom to read and access to information.
- Let people make their own decisions about what they want to read.
